Conference Photography Policy: Attendance at the CDA Annual Conference constitutes an agreement by you, the registrant, to grant CDA the right to photograph, edit, use and distribute your image in any photographs captured during the CDA Conference. CDA, its employees and/or other permitted 3rd parties may use your image in print and electronic media, including but not limited to social media feeds (e.g., Twitter, Facebook), marketing campaigns, publications or other similar uses in furtherance of CDA's mission and you agree to release CDA, its officers, directors, members, employees, vendors, and volunteers from any liability connected with such use.
Delegate Cancellation Policy:
If you registered using the Member Rate: Refunds minus a $75 Administration fee will be honoured for cancellations received via email prior to August 26, 2024. Registrations after August 26, 2024 are non-refundable, however replacements are welcome.
If you registered using the Non-Member Rate: Refunds minus a $185 Administration fee will be honoured for cancellations received via email prior to August 26, 2024. Registrations after August 16, 2024 are non-refundable, however replacements are welcome. **Please note although a non-member cancels, the 2024/2025 CDA Membership that is included with conference registration will not be cancelled and will still be activated for the 2024/2025 membership season (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025)
