Registration Information

CDA Conference Photography Policy:
Attendance at the CDA Annual Conference/Workshops and/or Tours in conjunction with the CDA Conference constitutes an agreement by you, the registrant, to grant CDA the right to photograph, edit, use and distribute your image in any photographs captured during the CDA Conference. CDA, its employees and/or other permitted 3rd parties may use your image in print and electronic media, including but not limited to social media feeds (e.g., Twitter, Facebook), marketing campaigns, publications or other similar uses in furtherance of CDA's mission and you agree to release CDA, its officers, directors, members, employees, vendors, and volunteers from any liability connected with such use. 

Conference Delegate Cancellation Policy:

Refunds, minus a $75 Administration fee, for members will be honoured for cancellations received via email prior to September 28th. Refunds, minus a $165 Administration fee, for non-members will be honoured for cancellations received via email prior to September 28th. Non-members will still retain their 2022-2023 membership fee, hence the difference in admin fees. Registrations after September 28th are non-refundable, however replacements are welcome. 

Mobile App Policy:
Please note that registering for the conference declares your acceptance of sharing your profile content with other conference attendees on the Mobile App.  You also acknowledge that when clicking on an exhibitor listing in the Mobile App you are declaring interest to that exhibitor and your profile information may be shared with said exhibitor.
