Conference Photography Policy: Attendance at the CDA Annual Conference/25th Anniversary in conjunction with the CDA Conference constitutes an agreement by you, the registrant, to grant CDA the right to photograph, edit, use and distribute your image in any photographs captured during the CDA Conference. CDA, its employees and/or other permitted 3rd parties may use your image in print and electronic media, including but not limited to social media feeds (e.g., Twitter, Facebook), marketing campaigns, publications or other similar uses in furtherance of CDA's mission and you agree to release CDA, its officers, directors, members, employees, vendors, and volunteers from any liability connected with such use.
25th Anniversary Cancellation Policy: Refunds, minus a $40 Administration fee will be honoured for cancellations received via email prior to October 3rd. Registrations after October 3rd are non-refundable, however replacements are welcome.
