The CDA Membership Committee plays an important role in strengthening and shaping the future of our Association. As CDA continues to grow and evolve, the committee helps ensure that our membership remains engaged, diverse, and aligned with the needs of the dam community.The committee’s work includes developing strategies to attract and retain new members, expanding membership across key demographics and regions, supporting Board-approved initiatives, and identifying opportunities to improve and modernize our membership database. These efforts help ensure that CDA remains responsive, inclusive, and well positioned to serve professionals across Canada and beyond.
We are currently seeking three enthusiastic and committed new members to join the committee. Ideal candidates will have prior involvement with CDA and a strong understanding of, and commitment to, the Association’s mission, values, and goals.
Serving on the Membership Committee offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the long-term strength of CDA. Members collaborate to propose practical solutions, enhance the member experience, and help shape initiatives that support engagement and growth. It is also an excellent way to connect and network with professionals from across the dam industry.
