Young Professionals Committee

Young Professionals (YPs) are encouraged to join the YP committee and subscribe to the YP mailing list. Young Professionals are considered those at an early stage in their career and students in a university program. YPs are self-elected and not specific to an age range. This includes early career professionals who are new and transitioning to a career in the dam industry.

The YP committee is very active and meets monthly. Joining the committee is a great way to become involved in the CDA and committee activities such as organizing events and identifying opportunities for professional development within the CDA. The committee also offers networking opportunities with other YPs and senior professionals in the dam industry.
