Navigating the Future Together
The Canadian Dam Association invites professionals, researchers, stakeholders, and industry partners to submit abstracts for our 2024 Conference.
Technical sessions will focus on three general themes:
- Navigating the Future Together: Collaborative approaches and knowledge transfer for navigating future challenges relating to the safe construction and operation of dams and reservoirs.
- Building Resilience: Adaptive planning and management strategies to navigate uncertainties in operational, social, economic, and environmental paradigms.
- Embracing a Changing World: Harnessing the evolution of policies, regulations, and emerging technology.
Join us as we navigate the future of dams with innovation, resilience, and a shared commitment to a sustainable and safe world.
Submission Guidelines:
- Abstracts should be limited to 400 words.
- Submissions should be provided in both English and French.
- Presentations at the conference will be 20 minutes, followed by 10 minutes for Q&A.
