Navigating the Future Together

The Canadian Dam Association invites professionals, researchers, stakeholders, and industry partners to submit abstracts for our 2024 Conference.

Technical sessions will focus on three general themes:

• Navigating the Future Together: Collaborative approaches and knowledge transfer for navigating future challenges relating to the safe construction and operation of dams and reservoirs. 
• Building Resilience: Adaptive planning and management strategies to navigate uncertainties in operational, social, economic, and environmental paradigms.
• Embracing a Changing World: Harnessing the evolution of policies, regulations, and emerging technology.

Join us as we navigate the future of dams with innovation, resilience, and a shared commitment to a sustainable and safe world.

Submission Guidelines:

1. Abstracts should be limited to 400 words.
2. Submissions should be provided in both English and French.
3. Presentations at the conference will be 20 minutes, followed by 10 minutes for Q&A.
